All OLD FREEDOM products are made to order. Here's what to expect from the time you place your order to the moment it arrives.

Processing Time

Each item is printed specifically for you after your order is placed. Please allow 2-5 business days for production before your order ships. During high-demand periods (holidays, new drops), processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Times

United States: Orders are fulfilled through local US print partners for faster delivery — typically 3-7 business days after processing
Europe: Orders are fulfilled through local EU print partners where available, typically 4-9 business days after processing

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers selected by our production partners to ensure reliable delivery. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Customs and Duties

We use local fulfillment partners in both the US and EU whenever possible to minimize customs delays and charges. In cases where an order is fulfilled from outside your region, additional customs fees or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Check your country's customs policy for details.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact us at support@oldfreedom.store.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your package appears lost, contact us at support@oldfreedom.store and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error shortly after ordering, contact us immediately so we can attempt to correct it before shipment.
